We're looking for a concierge who can provide exemplary customer service to residents. Duties include greeting residents and guests, managing packages, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring security protocols. Assist our residents with reservations, handle inquiries, and contribute to a positive living environment.
Resident Service: Assist residents with various needs, such as package handling, key management, and information inquiries.
- Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring the safety and well being of residents.
- Facilitate communication with service providers and contractors for maintenance or repairs within the property.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate community events or gathering to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, such as managing reservation, maintaining records, and assisting with resident communications.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies, alerting appropriate authorities and guiding residents in safety protocols.
- Building maintenance: Information Resource: Act as a knowledge resource for residents regarding local services, amenities, and community policies.
- Facilitate effective communication between residents, property management, and other relevant parties.
