Recruitment Consultant HR

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in the administration of various Recruitment and HR related processes and for coordinating recruitment activities, systems and processes for the designated business group. May assist in sourcing, screening and other recruitment activity.
Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Competitive pay rate
Contract: 12 months (with a strong possibility of extension)
Assist in posting positions to various job boards and on campus career sites
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, interview schedules and other recruiting activities using applicant tracking system (‘People-Click’) and other filing systems
- Schedule interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers, and arrange any necessary candidate travel
- Process vendor invoices and manage vendor database for existing and future contracts
- Clearly and effectively communicates recruiting procedures, detail and status to candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- manages and ships materials for job fairs, campus events, as necessary
- Special projects, as assigned
Bachelor Degree
- 2-4 years of related (recruitment/staffing/HR) business experience
- Previous experience with legal contracts would be an asset
- Experience with People Click (an applicant tracking system software) – would be an asset
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Internet skills
- Experience working with an ATS (recruitment applicant tracking system software)
