More About The Role Burson is looking for an Influencer Coordinator to work across iconic beauty, retail and CPG brands. As a part of WPP Onefluence, you’ll be joining a a full-service network with the most sophisticated influencer expertise around the globe to meet client scale.Influencer marketing is a core piece of our business, and we are seeking someone who is as passionate about this world as we are. We’re looking for candidates that are social first, tapped in, and passionate about beauty & retail. What You'll Do

• Identification, outreach, negotiation, project management and measurement of influencer programs, with a focus on seeding collaborations based on strategic plan development from senior team & clients
• Efficiently and effectively plans and manage influencers engagement and monitoring for large-scale mailers
• Developing campaign reports by tracking and optimizing organic and paid influencer content
• Keep on top of emerging social trends, platforms, technologies, and influencers in the Canadian market
• Carry out social media listening and research to identify trends in online conversations and to pinpoint key influencers

Experience That Contributes To Success

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience demonstrated interest or experience in Influencer, PR, Digital, Content or Brand Marketing agencies
• Understand metrics and insights from various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels
• Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role of influencer marketing and best practices
• Experience utilizing influencer identification and vetting systems like CreatorIQ, Traackr or in-platform tools
• Flawless organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of requests
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key influencers, agencies and team members
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Experience managing influencer programs is a plus!
