About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Assistant to support our marketing and customer engagement activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, representing a brand, and gaining hands-on experience within a fast-paced, marketing-led environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customers have a positive experience across all touchpoints, while supporting marketing campaigns and providing valuable customer insights to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
Provide accurate information about products, services, and campaigns
Support customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
Assist with handling feedback, queries, and basic issue resolution
Share customer insights with marketing and sales teams to improve campaigns
Represent the brand professionally in all communications
Provide administrative and coordination support to the customer service team
Skills & Requirements
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and data entry skills
No previous customer service experience required, full training provided
