Direct the movement and precise recording of all inbound and outbound raw materials across 24/7 manufacturing operations.

• Lead a multifaceted supply chain team by establishing clear objectives and fostering professional performance growth.
• Execute rigorous inventory audits and reconciliations for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods data.
• Evaluate and select transportation providers to ensure the highest level of logistics competitiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to synchronize production planning logic and supply chain strategy.

Possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive manufacturing environment.

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Attainment of an SCMP Designation or a comparable professional supply chain certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in the magnesium or die-casting manufacturing industry is considered a significant asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze complex data sets for anomalies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%) to support multi-site logistics operations
