Data Entry Clerks - Public Sector

Since 1997, the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) has delivered public safety services on behalf of the government of Ontario. With headquarters in west Toronto, TSSA is a self-funded, not-for-profit organization that employs approximately 450 staff across Ontario. This is a contract opportunity until October 31, 2024.

Acquire and validate data from the primary source (Epicor & CRM)

Data entry into the business system

Enter customer payments, reconcile and post payments

Enter data from excel spreadsheets and enter it into a database

Responding to internal and external customer inquires, as per established turnaround times

Minimum Secondary school diploma, current college/university student

One year of office experience preferred

Must be quick at typing, comfortable with data entry activities and proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook

Strong data quality & analytical skills
