Property Manager Real Estate Management (m/w/d)

Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of a large residential community, including maintenance, capital projects, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and compliance. Focused on delivering a premium living experience through exceptional customer service, proactive conflict resolution, and innovative marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue. Oversees financial performance, vendor relations, and audits while leading and mentoring a high-performing team across leasing, maintenance, and customer service functions to maintain operational excellence and resident satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of staff and community operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, leasing administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, marketing, and audits, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise and support the on-site team to maintain operational excellence and deliver a high-quality living experience for residents.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education preferred, and at least four years of property management experience, including budgeting and financial oversight. Must have proven leadership skills in supervising and developing teams, strong communication and customer service abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Yardi software preferred. Knowledge of multi-tower developments, general office administration, bookkeeping, and sales is an asset.

You will have the opportunity to join one of Canada’s fastest-growing real estate companies. Compensation includes an annual base salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000, plus a 15% annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
