Manager, Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis
Accountant Staffing
We're actively seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Finance to join a dynamic leadership team in Charlottetown, PE.
The successful candidate will lead a dedicated finance team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the organization’s financial health.
Lead and manage the complete finance department, including oversight of budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and accounting standards
Provide financial analysis, advice, and recommendations to senior leadership
Support long-term financial planning and cost management initiatives
Manage, mentor, and support a team of finance professionals
Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of financial processes
Minimum seven (7) years of progressive financial management experience in a large corporation or public sector environment
Ability to effectively and precisely communicate with strong writing, presentation, and listening skills that respectfully promote understanding and clarity
A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to work with detailed processes
