The successful candidate will be a key player in the management of hourly warehouse staff, ensuring the accuracy of order picking, receiving, and loading to meet critical delivery deadlines. Leadership: Assist with directing hourly warehouse personnel and managing daily task allocation.
Coordinate dock operations, including managing inbound/outbound trucks and ensuring strict adherence to dock safety protocols.

Quality Control: Evaluate and disposition all incoming freight and ensure the accurate and efficient loading of outbound freight through rigorous order verification.
Inventory Management: Manage the site cycle count program, perform department cycle counts, and conduct inventory activities as required by DC procedures.
Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping labels; Shipper Team Lead - Manufacturing & Logistics
Pay rate: $25 - $28 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Dock & Freight Management: Oversee all dock operations, including the scheduling of inbound/outbound trucks and ensuring all personnel adhere to strict dock safety protocols.
Shipping Accuracy: Coordinate the efficient loading of outbound freight and perform rigorous order verification to ensure 100% accuracy before departure.
Inventory Integrity: Manage and execute the site’s cycle count program; perform regular department audits and conduct inventory activities as dictated by DC procedures.
Material Disposition: Evaluate all incoming freight for quality and accuracy, making critical disposition decisions for damaged or incorrect materials.
Logistics Documentation: Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to create Bills of Lading (BOLs), generate shipping labels, and process both inbound and outbound orders.
Facilitate smooth communication between departments to resolve logistics bottlenecks and ensure the timely arrival/departure of material
Experience: Proven warehouse experience required; Forklift and/or Reach Truck experience is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Packages; SAP experience and knowledge of TMS is a significant plus.
Ability to lift up to 20KG, navigate a high-volume Distribution Center, and maintain the manual dexterity required for PC/Keyboard use.
