Turnaround Administrative Assistant | Contract | Alberta (On-Site)
We’re working with a major oil & gas client on an upcoming turnaround and are looking to bring on an experienced Turnaround Admin to support the team.
ASAP, with 40-hour work week.
Independent contractor).
Data entry into Maximo.
Daily support to all TA group personnel with data entry and admin as needed.
Send in any IT requests required by Plains/contractors.
Host all team meetings online, assisted by meeting creator.
Onboarding and orientation tracking and compliance for all staff and contractors
Badge creation and tracking for all contractors
Collection of Timesheets and circulate for signature.
Schedule tracking for all contractors and staff
High school diploma or higher education
Have relevant experience in an admin role
Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an asset.
Working knowledge of MS office
Familiarity with Maximo is considered an asset.
