Skyfer Logistic is hiring an experienced Dispatcher for our North America trucking division. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of cross‑border dispatching experience and strong knowledge of Canada–USA lanes. Punjabi-speaking candidates are preferred for driver communication. Responsibilities
Dispatch carriers across Canada/USA using our own trucking bas and loadlink.
Manage customs paperwork & border requirements
Monitor loads, update customers, resolve issues
Plan efficient routes and reduce cost.
Requirements
- 3–4 years dispatching in cross‑border/North America trucking
- Strong communication & problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of customs, border crossings, and TMS systems
- Punjabi proficiency is a plus for driver communication
