Physiotherapy Clinic Office Administrator
$17 - $20 per hourActive Rehab Centre
We are a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of sport and recreational injuries, postural and work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and your everyday aches and pains. We have established clinics dedicated to physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapy and acupuncture located in Scarborough, Toronto. We have been a cornerstone of quality care in the neighbourhood for over 15 years. Part time available
2 Saturdays in a Month from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Additional hours could be added base on performance and availability.

Health Care
Answer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns.
Administrative support and coordinating clinic activities.
General understanding of Health Insurance.
Billing extended health care claims & invoices through Universal scheduling.
Experience with insurance procedures WSIB and MVA billing is essential.
Performance oriented.
Commitment to quality care and service delivery.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
1+ year in an operations role within health care, physiotherapy or similar clinic experience
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
The ideal candidate will be someone who has at least one year of medical office administration in the fields of MVA based clinic, assessment centre or a multidisciplinary clinic.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
