Cintas is seeking an Office Supervisor to assist in ensuring all functions of a fast-paced office team are completed. Responsibilities include training; directing daily activities for office team; assisting in delegation of office activities; ensuring proper communication with customers and service team; assisting in ensuring complete location audit compliance with all corporate policies and procedures; managing customer requests; billing; and maintaining the location's accounts receivable goal percentages.
2+ years' customer service experience
- 1+ years' supervisory experience in an office environment
- Accurate typing and 10 keypad experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- High School Diploma/GED
Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and data entry
