Security Guard - Concierge - Swing / Rotational Shifts
Payrate: $19.90 per hour
Status: Full-time
Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday ; Allied Universal is seeking experienced Concierge to oversee our residential site within Oakville. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work rotational shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
Experience in Concierge Security experience.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
Must have a valid Ontario Security License .
Valid Driver's Licence is an asset
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
