Marketing Specialist - Work Remotely

6 Month Contract
The Growth Marketing Specialist (6 months) owns the performance of Mejuri's paid social channels (Meta, TikTok and Pinterest) and is accountable for the net merchandise value, incremental return on ad spend, and digital traffic they deliver. The role also owns the paid social testing roadmap, including early tests on emerging platforms like YouTube and Reddit.
You'll report to the Manager, Growth Marketing, and present results to the VP of Growth. Your closest partner is the Creative team, and you'll also work with Brand, Organic Social, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce and Merchandising, and Data and Analytics, as well as platform reps at Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
The Growth Marketing Manager sets channel strategy and cross-channel budget. You run the channels day to day and bring the data-backed recommendations that decide where they go next.
Running Paid Social
Campaigns go live correctly and on time for every drop, launch and commercial moment. You pause underperforming ads, rotate creative, and act on in-flight performance without waiting for sign-off.
Ad rejections, tracking gaps and data discrepancies get resolved without holding up a launch. Testing and Learning
Test roadmap: Each quarter starts with a prioritized list of creative, audience, format, bidding and placement tests. Test design: Test results hold up. You write the hypothesis, set up a clean test, and wait for statistical significance before calling the result.
Mejuri learns whether channels like YouTube and Reddit are worth scaling. You propose and run the tests that answer that question.
You bring data-backed proposals, such as scaling an audience or adopting a new format.
Partnering With Creative and the Business
Creative feedback: Creative knows what's working and why. You give specific, actionable reads by creative, format and placement, and contribute to briefs.
Brand and performance: Reporting: Your manager, the Growth team and Finance have an accurate read on performance and pacing. Hands-on paid social experience: 2–4 years personally building, launching and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. You build your own reports in advanced Google Sheets or Excel, break performance down by creative, audience and placement, and design and read A/B tests, including basic statistical significance.
You understand attribution windows and the difference between platform-reported results and incremental impact.
Brand and creative judgment: Brand-side DTC or e-commerce experience, ideally where content and creative drive results, and a record of creative feedback that teams acted on. Experience in jewelry, luxury, fashion or beauty is a bonus.
You can turn performance data into plain-language insight that creative and brand teams can act on.
SQL, a BI tool, Shopify, pixel or Conversions API troubleshooting, lift studies, creative analytics tools, and experience using AI tools to speed up analysis

3 days in office 2 days remote
At Mejuri we embrace a hybrid working environment and support our corporate employees to be successful whether they are at home or in the office. This position requires in office work 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Bloor Street W, Toronto.
