About The Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role is responsible for helping to drive growth by closing new business, generating sales leads, and owning the entirety of the sales pipeline. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for working target accounts within our ideal customer profile, breaking into new accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
What you'll be doing:
Target a focused account list of customers and prospects for growth
Develop and close new and upsell Dozuki Digital Work Training opportunities
Develop and execute on account based-selling approach to exceed goals
Accurately manage territory sales projections and share best practices with the rest of the team
Effectively align the Dozuki value to prospect needs through capability demonstrations, evaluations and target-specific initiatives
Coordinate and work with the Dozuki team (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, key executives) to ensure territory success; customer satisfaction, expansion and retention
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of closing experience in B2B Enterprise sales (SaaS experience preferred) or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience selling into the Manufacturing sector
- 2+ years of experience using MEDDPICC sales process methodology
- Highly motivated, over-achieving "hunter and closer" who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
Track record of effective navigation of and closing business in large enterprise accounts and targeted multi-solution selling approach.
Success in opportunity creation and "full funnel" management of multiple opportunities.
Proven history of exceeding targets in selling licenses/products/subscriptions to Enterprise organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.
Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement and/or senior executives.
Desire to help set and measure weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity targets and goals.
Experience with solution selling that includes excellent discovery and objection-handling skills.
Extreme ownership of your work and a continuous drive for improvement.
Above-average communication skills with the ability to properly set and deliver on expectations.
Competitive and driven with a team-first attitude.
Desire to work in a high-energy environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other incentives and compensation may be available based upon a number of factors including OTE (on target earnings)

Overview
Dozuki has observed that certain agencies/individuals have been making job offers on behalf of Dozuki in exchange for money and/or personal identifying information such as Date of Birth, Social Security number, etc. Job applicants have received dubious emails and LinkedIn messages extending Dozuki offer letters and asking for payments in lieu of benefits, uniforms, laptops, etc.
At Dozuki, we don't charge a fee at any stage of our recruitment process. Legally, we're not obliged to honor any job assurances made by third parties in exchange for money.
How can I tell if an offer of employment is genuine?
Dozuki always first extends a verbal offer before a written offer is constructed.
What's recruitment fraud?
Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fictitious job opportunities. This type of fraud is normally perpetrated through online services, such as bogus websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from Dozuki. These emails request that you provide personal information, and ultimately payments, to process applications for jobs that don't exist. Fraudsters impersonate Dozuki's recruiters and use the company name/logo, brand names, and images illegally, without authorization. They try to extract money as security deposit, documentation processing fees, training fees, uniforms, laptops, benefits, etc.
Despite our most vigilant efforts, some people continue to operate and defraud the general public. Therefore, it's important to stay informed and aware about such fraudulent activities.
How do I identify recruitment fraud?
- E-mail correspondence is often sent from (or to) free web-based email accounts, such as Yahoo.com, Gmail.com, Live.com, etc.
- Email correspondence appears to be sent from an officer or senior executive of the company, often in Legal or Human Resources. If the email address doesn't end with @Dozuki.com, it's most likely not legitimate.
- The perpetrators frequently use mobile or platform telephone numbers or contact through WhatsApp, Google Voice, etc.
- There is an insistence on urgency.
How can I protect myself?
- Don't pay or transfer money to get a job at Dozuki. Dozuki will not accept liabilities for any losses to those who have been defrauded.
- Don't engage with persons who hold themselves out as Dozuki employees and try to solicit payments under the pretext of offering recruitments.
- Be careful when sharing your personal information to protect yourself from potential damage.
