Product Manager (M&A)

Product Manager, Pricing & Monetization

You'll be joining Beacon's Acceleration team, a cross-functional group of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, GTM experts, and Product Analysts. Lead pricing transformation projects for newly acquired companies - conduct customer discovery, build financial models, design new pricing strategies, and create implementation roadmaps (e.g., Drive payment infrastructure migration projects across portfolio companies - scope technical requirements, build business cases, coordinate with engineering teams and payment providers, and manage implementation through to launch

Build institutional knowledge - develop reusable playbooks and frameworks for pricing and payment projects that can scale across Beacon's growing portfolio

Strong analytical and quantitative skills - you're comfortable building financial models, analyzing customer data, and turning numbers into insights

• Experience conducting customer discovery and translating qualitative insights into recommendations
• Technical fluency to work effectively with engineers on payment systems and integrations (you don't need to code, but you need to understand APIs, complexity, and trade-offs)
• Prior experience with pricing transformations or payment infrastructure projects
