Reporting Finance Manager

As a key leader in Financial and Regulatory Reporting, you’ll drive finance transformation, operational excellence, and strategic collaboration with senior executives across RBC. RPA), AI, and cloud platforms to streamline workflows and enhance data integrity.
Partner with IT, Data, and Finance teams to design scalable solutions aligned with RBC’s digital goals.
Governance & Risk Management
Align transformation with internal control frameworks (SOX/non-SOX compliance).
Implement risk-based controls and monitor emerging risks.
Mentor finance professionals through personalized development plans.
Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement
Drive Agile/Lean methodologies and establish KPIs for operational excellence.
Lead cross-functional projects and communicate changes effectively to ensure adoption.

CPA designation or equivalent + 10+ years’ experience in finance/controls.
Ability to prioritize executive-level requests under pressure.

Knowledge of automation tools, systems, and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
Advanced project management and change management skills.
