Heroes World is a community-driven retail store in Richmond Hill, Ontario specializing in comic books, tabletop games, collectibles, and pop culture. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun environment for customers of all experience levels.
We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an organized retail environment, and has a passion for comics, games, and collectibles.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions, recommendations, and purchases
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks and maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing inventory, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise
- Assist with order fulfillment, including preparing and organizing customer orders
- Operate store systems such as point-of-sale and phone communication
- Support sales initiatives through product knowledge, cross-selling, and upselling
- Perform general upkeep and maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming store environment
Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Creative thinker with problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using computers and basic retail systems
Extensive knowledge of Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons, or board games
● Interest in one or more of the following: comic books, Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons, action figures, board games, trading card games
Competitive hourly wage ($20/hour)
