Job Title: Automotive Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $20 per hour and up (based on experience)

Shift: Full-Time Day Shift (until closing)

We are seeking organized and motivated Automotive Administrative Assistants to support daily operations at our Woodbridge location. The ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills attention to detail and an interest in the automotive industry. Driving is considered an asset for this role.

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document management

• Assist with scheduling customer service and coordination of daily operations
• Support the team with vehicle documentation invoicing and inventory tracking
• Communicate effectively with customers staff and management
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office data entry software etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Driving experience or valid drivers license is an asset
