As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle pick-ups at our client locations.
Planning and organizing driver schedules
Checking towing availability and offering customers a timeslot
Answering internal customer calls and relaying detailed and accurate information to drivers
You are bilingual in French and English (required)
You have previous work experience in customer service
You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
