Inside Sales / Sales Representative / Customer Service

Durabuilt Windows & Doors is a privately owned Canadian manufacturer of premium windows and doors. Our inside sales channel plays a critical role in converting interest into opportunity - serving walk-in showroom clients, supporting contractor accounts & managing all inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

Serve walk-in customers at Durabuilt showrooms and guide them through product options

• Manage all incoming sales leads including phone, email, website, and showroom inquiries
• Support and grow contractor and small trade accounts through quoting, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate window and door solutions
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and documentation using CRM and quoting tools
• Build and maintain a personal book of business through repeat customers and referrals
• Collaborate with outside sales, installation, service, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth customer experience

High conversion rates on inbound and showroom leads

• Consistent achievement of monthly sales and activity targets
• Growing contractor and repeat customer base
• Accurate, well-managed pipeline in CRM
• Positive customer feedback and strong internal partnerships

Proven success in inside sales, customer-facing sales, or account management

• Comfort selling premium or technical products
• Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management
• Confident using CRM systems and digital quoting tools
• Professional, service-oriented approach with walk-in and trade customers

Post-secondary education is considered an asset, but not required

• Relevant sales experience and proven performance are the primary qualifications
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)

2+ years of experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or account management

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally when required
• Experience working with contractors or trade customers is an asset
• Competitive base salary of $50,000 + commission, with potential earnings of $90,000–$120,000 (no cap)
