Parts Store Clerk

Mayfield Ford Lincoln is currently looking for a Parts Advisor to add to their team in Brampton.
The Parts Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling, ordering and stocking parts for the dealership.
The Parts Advisor will also advise customers on other available services and build lasting relationships.

Pay: $20 per hour plus monthly bonus.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

- Greets all customers promptly on the telephone.
- Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers and telemarketing to customers.
- Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts, and informs customers about the product line.
- Provides price quotes and other related parts information via the telephone.
- Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.
- Automotive Parts Advisor experience is an asset - but not required, training can be provided.
- Knowledge with the Ford brand is an asset.
- Experience with CDK Software is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
