CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Social Worker in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph regions
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $55.80 - $65.47.00 per visit.

You have a Bachelor of Social Work or a Master of Social Work
- You are a registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- 1 to 2 years of community experience is an asset
- You have ability to travel within the Hawkesbury community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
- Your bilingual language skills in English and French are a MUST have
