- As our Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience with us, after working up a big appetite during their game. You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking and delivering our delicious range of food options for all the family to feast upon. All whilst maintaining our high cleaning and hygiene standards.
Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
