Speedway Trailers is one of Ontario's fastest-growing trailer dealerships, offering a wide range of cargo trailers, utility trailers, equipment trailers, and more. With over $2,000,000 in on-hand inventory, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. Recently, we expanded into the RV market and achieved the title of #1 dealer by volume in North America for the Clipper Rear Open Kitchen travel trailers in 2024. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and versatile Sales Associate to join our team.

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced and expanding company. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a long-term career with significant growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, retail support, and marketing while maintaining excellent customer service. Sales is the primary responsibility for this position, KPIs are based on sales performance.
You must be able to travel between the two locations as required. We are open Saturdays 9am to 2pm, the selected candidate will be required to work at least 2 weekends per month.
Sales
Maintain positive decorum with customers and provide excellent service.
Utilize digital platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, keeping trailer listings updated and active, responding to potential clients, and encouraging them to visit a location.
Achieve sales targets by assisting customers in finding the right trailer or RV for their needs.
Upsell optional accessories to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Retail Support
Improve and maintain the physical appearance of the retail store to ensure a welcoming environment.
Assist with stocking and organizing inventory.
Marketing Support
Add new products to the company website with accurate descriptions.
Take high-quality pictures of products and trailers for promotional use.
Work with the marketing and sales teams to optimize marketing funnels and strategies.
Shop skills
Be comfortable with basic shop tasks, such as installing a spare tire, mounting a toolbox, and changing a wheel jack.
Have the ability to drive a tractor and move trailers around a lot.
We are a small, family owned business - these roles change and adjust based on the needs of the company. Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
A keen eye for detail, especially when maintaining store appearance and managing online product listings
Interest in the automotive, trailer, or RV industry is a plus
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or website management is a bonus
Hands-on training and development opportunities.
