Overview:We are seeking a passionate Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizing and executing memorable events. Duties:- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and social functions- Coordinate with vendors (staffing, rentals), and other event professionals to ensure seamless event execution- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly- Communicate event details clearly to all stakeholders involved- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and cleanup to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred- Proven experience in event planning or coordination role, specializing in catering- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
