Carol Lake Metal Works is the only licensed Hardox Wear Parts Center in the region. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals in Labrador and Quebec.
Conduct regular site visits, offer hands-on product support, and deliver exceptional service.
Identify new opportunities through market research, cold calls, and industry events.
Perform on-site inspections and provide detailed performance reports.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in our ERP system.
You have at least 3 years of experience in inside/outside sales, with a focus in heavy equipment and mining products.
You may also be a mechanic or Heavy Equipment Operator with excellent communication skills and the interest and capacity to step into a sales role.
You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. (Asset)
You are comfortable with traveling and working both in the office and in the field.
