Are you a strategic powerhouse with a passion for transforming supply chains and driving operational excellence? We’re on the lookout for a Director of Supply Chain to join our dynamic leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with our President & General Manager, Director of Engineering, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Plant Managers to shape and execute the strategic direction of our supply chain across two manufacturing sites and three distribution centres in Canada and the U.This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to lead a transformation.
&##Build and inspire a high-performing, agile Supply Chain team across End-to-End Planning, Procurement, and Order Management .
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Design and implement a robust procurement strategy to mitigate risks and ensure supply chain resilience.
Lead the deployment of a best-in-class Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand and supply seamlessly.
Leverage SAP and S/4HANA to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and drive data-informed decisions.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the supply chain.
Own the supply chain budget , including procurement and logistics.
Partner with Finance to deliver monthly performance reporting and drive financial results.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business (Supply Chain Management designation or advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in integrated supply chain roles within multi-site manufacturing environments.
- Mandatory expertise in SAP, S/4HANA, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) .
- Proven success in strategic sourcing, demand planning, and cross-functional leadership .
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Procurement .
Primarily based in our corporate office , with occasional travel (up to 25%) to our plants, suppliers, and industry events across North America.
Safety is our top priority—whether in the office or on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
