DB Investing is a fast-growing, multi-licensed Forex and CFD brokerage firm operating across the globe. As part of our strategic expansion in Asia, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced Country Managers to establish and grow our local presence.
Lead the company’s expansion and growth in the assigned country by acquiring retail and institutional clients.
Leverage your existing portfolio and network to generate immediate business.
Identify local opportunities, partners, influencers, and introducing brokers (IBs) to build sustainable client acquisition channels.
Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and maintain a positive company image.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to localise campaigns and improve user engagement.
Manage customer support and operations in your region, if needed, to ensure high satisfaction and client retention.
Prepare and execute local business development strategies with clear monthly KPIs.
Proven experience as a Country Manager or Senior Business Development Manager in the Forex / CFD / Financial trading industry.
Strong knowledge of the local Forex market, regulations, and competitive landscape.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Fluent in the local language and English.
