This position supports a team of financial advisors and the Branch Manager by streamlining office management and client interactions. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented individuals, possessing effective time management skills and a proven dedication to customer service. Your role is crucial in strengthening client relationships and enhancing branch effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual client reports
• Follow up on security transactions and manage transfers
• Conduct phone calls with clients for service requests
• Develop strong relationships through proactive communication
• Keep Financial Advisor calendars and files updated and organized

• Post-secondary education is a must
• CIRO IR License preferred, or willingness to secure it
• Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication, both oral and written
