Health and Safety Advisor (SST) Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures | Manufacturing Environment | Competitive Salary

NexWav is recruiting for a growing manufacturing company that wishes to welcome a passionate health and safety professional, capable of evolving its SST practices while maintaining a close relationship with the teams. You will play a central role in the evolution of the company's health and safety practices. A structured SST program already exists, but it needs to be updated to meet the new realities of the factory. Review, update, and deploy the existing health and safety program.
- Adapt SST procedures and practices to the current operations of the factory.
- Be present on the ground to understand operational realities, identify risks, and propose improvements.
- We are primarily looking for someone who combines SST expertise, relational intelligence, and the ability to take action. You have relevant training in health and safety, industrial relations, human resources, or a related discipline.
- You are comfortable writing, structuring, and improving procedures.
- You appreciate both fieldwork and the reflection and implementation of solutions.
- You are comfortable in both French and English.
- Depending on your experience, strengths, and aspirations, you could eventually contribute to broader projects in human resources, harmonizing practices between different establishments, or new organizational projects. The goal is to find someone who wants to invest in the long term and grow with the organization.
Mainly on-site presence at the factory, with some flexibility.
