Health System Strategy & Innovation Manager, Quebec

Amgen seeks a Health System Strategy & Innovation Manager in Quebec to develop institutional account portfolios in oncology and nephrology. The role involves building relationships with hospital decision-makers, creating value-driven solutions, and coordinating cross-functional resources to position Amgen as a key healthcare partner.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem for each account and formulate evidence-based solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Apply analytical and strategic thinking to identify business opportunities, anticipate risks, and develop actionable strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with senior hospital stakeholders and decision-makers across internal and external networks
- Lead needs-focused discussions with clients and partners to develop mutually beneficial solutions
- Mobilize cross-functional resources and collaborate across brands and functions without direct hierarchical authority
Requirements
- Minimum five years pharmaceutical or medical industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in arts or sciences required
- Fluent written and oral communication in French and English
- Demonstrated large account sales experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and influence without direct authority
- Knowledge of oncology and nephrology markets preferred
