Our client, a leading Construction organization, is looking for an Intermediate Level Civil Estimator with 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. Analyze contract documents to determine project requirements.
- Complete quantity take-offs for labor, equipment, and materials.
- Contribute to pricing for general expenses and project-specific requirements.
- Document all estimate information for project teams upon award and ensure all documents and data support estimate figures.
- Conduct risk analysis for review by the assigned project sponsor.
