Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a well-established mid-sized law firm on the search for a Residential Real Estate Paralegal . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys managing files independently while working in a a collaborative firm environment.
Opportunity to work closely with an experienced real estate lawyer
Manage a high volume of residential real estate files from open to close
Coordinate with lenders, builders, clients, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth closings
5+ years of real estate paralegal experience
- Strong understanding of Manitoba real estate processes and documentation
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
Please note this is a full-time in office position.
