Account Manager - Remote Work

This is a 12 month fixed term employee contract initially, with a likelihood of extension .

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients at all levels including strategic input, and overseeing the delivery of a wide variety of substantial integrated campaigns.

You will be required to manage client briefs from start to finish, planning, assigning and reviewing creative and managing the overall agency workload in partnership with the producers, design and copy leads.

Manage client accounts and projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and managing expectations.

Oversee project scope, budgets, contracts, and resources to maximise account performance and profitability.

Lead account planning, proposals, presentations, and new business opportunities.

Drive process improvements and ensure consistent delivery across all projects.

Monitor account performance and provide strategic recommendations based on client objectives and results.

Mentor and support junior team members, resolving project challenges and escalations.

Lead and develop project teams, delegating work effectively and fostering collaboration.

Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.

Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery across the team.

Manage change effectively and communicate priorities to ensure smooth execution.

Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong account, project, budget, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Commercial awareness with business development and client growth experience.

Knowledge of digital production and creative workflows.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000 CAD.
