RESPONSABLE GESTION/PLANIFICATION DE LA PRODUCTION H/F

This is a full-time - onsite position.

Reporting into the Senior Distribution Manager the Production Manager plays an essential role in delivering on the flow of goods from Saje Distribution Centres to our stores and eCommerce customers. Develop and implement production schedules to meet business goals ensuring efficient use of materials labor and equipment.
Establish monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure all products meet required specifications.
Develop maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements in collaboration with the Quality Team.
Develop implement and manage KPIs for all areas and functions within your department.
Manage and supervise production staff including hiring GMP training and performance evaluations.
Develop and manage production budgets monitoring expenses to ensure operations remain within budget.
Managing DC and offsite DC inventory products FIFO co-manufacture components request and obsolete inventory.
Identification and execution of continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with cross functional departments business partners and external vendors.
Progressive experience in operations logistics or distribution management preferably within a retail or eCommerce environment.
Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated success in implementing and managing KPIs SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience working within GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environments is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of inventory management production planning and quality control processes.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Kaizen) is an asset.
Proven ability to manage conflict provide constructive feedback and foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Comfortable working in a dynamic evolving environment with shifting priorities.

The compensation range for this position is from $60000 70000 annually. Base pay is depend en t to market location and mayvary depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and internal equity. Flexible work hours based on business needs
