# Lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish and apply a high level of technical, professional engineering and consulting expertise;

Familiar with National, Provincial and Municipal Codes and Standards. Ensures the design documents meet established project criteria and applicable standards. Coordinates the preparation of engineering specifications and drawings;

Utilizes industry specific software and related technologies in design and analysis;

Prepare engineering design including calculations, specification and drawings for the following building systems:

HVAC

Plumbing

Fire Protection

Manage some projects including financial review and maintaining budget and meeting milestones deliverables;

Responsible for reviewing project construction and manage construction engineering correspondence

10+ years of related experience in a mechanical consulting engineering environment with professional engineering designation

Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario (P. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Carrier Hourly Analysis (HAP) or Trane TRACE software, and Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, outlook) are required.

Proficiency with MEP Revit is highly desirable.

Atlantic Provinces & QC: $88,500 – $124,900

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
