What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from initial planning through successful completion.
Representing the product line internally and externally, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
Reporting on project status to key customers and collaborating with R&D teams to plan new developments and enhancements.
Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives.
Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, scheduling timelines, and tracking milestones using industry-standard tools.
Analyzing project performance and ensuring quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Empowering team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
Providing regular updates to management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Need:
Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or related fields.
Proven experience managing customer expectations and communications.
Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
Experience with quality management system processes and procedures.
Ability to navigate and utilize tools in a Linux environment.
