The Administrative Assistant is accountable to the Director - Mental Health Services and the Director – Addictions Services, for the provision of confidential administrative services related to planning and operational meetings, labour relations activities, and client and staff concerns. The Administrative Assistant provides supportive functions for the Directors including preparation and coordination of agendas and supportive documents related to the management of the assigned clinical programs.

Diploma in business administration, office administration
Minimum two years related work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
Excellent minute-taking, typing and computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
Excellent interpersonal and public relation skills
Asset:
~ Ability to converse in a second language would be an asset
This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
