WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING If you are driven to manage large‑scale fleet operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximize the reliability and efficiency of commercial and industrial assets, then we can’t wait to talk to you.
We are looking for a Fleet & ERT Manager who is eager to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our commercial and industrial fleet while supporting emergency response preparedness across the organization.
Ensuring all assets are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient manner in compliance with environmental legislation, Occupational Health & Safety standards, and provincial and federal regulations
Managing CVOR compliance, fleet documentation, reporting, and operational standards
Managing fleet-related expenses and collaborating with operational leaders to monitor and control location-level spending
Administering Geotab utilization, training, and system oversight to support hours-of-service tracking and compliance
Responds to emergency incidents, including coordination during incidents and collaboration with Insurance Services to mitigate risk and claims
5–8 years of fleet management or related operational experience
- Strong working knowledge of transportation, safety, and environmental regulations
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work
Some lifting, climbing, and physical activity required
Travel within and outside the market area may be required
