Service and Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibility:
Overview:
We are seeking a candidate to run our service department and warehouse. We have been in business for 76 years and have just opened a second store in the same plaza. We are very community focused and offer a friendly, family like working environment. Some of the job requirements are as follows
- inspect customer concerns in their place of residence (transportation supplied)
- learn manufacturer ordering portals to be able to submit claims and order parts
- arrange proper steps with customer and repair technicians to do repair
- learn how to submit claims for payment and create tracking system
- Set-up delivery times with customers, do routing and scheduling
- Oversee delivery team with product inspection, and warehouse organization
- Co ordinate incoming shipments and distribute appropriately
- cover off team members when away or sick
There will be a physical element to this job as you may need to help move furniture in all aspects of the position. there is a lot of back and forth between customers and Manufacturers so good communication, organization and computer skills are a must.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
