Senior Solutions Engineer (Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to inspire our customers by helping them understand the art of what’s possible with the Webflow platform. You will tell our differentiated story that shows how our solution helps them meet their business objectives.
The Solutions Engineering team plays a vital role by partnering closely with our customers as well as with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure mutual, long-term success. We aim to deeply understand our customers’ strategic objectives and technical requirements. We architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that unlock meaningful business value for our customers. Additionally, we champion the voice of our customers by understanding market trends and influencing product direction.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will...

Partner with 3-4 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
Influence product direction for short & long-term success by representing the customer voice
Travel up to 25%
3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally

• Know how to drive a consultative approach & are passionate about helping customers solve problems
• Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate
