Business Development Representative - Fintech

Business owners are tired of the big banks’ monopoly and are looking for modern tools that replace the legacy systems that have been their only option for over 100 years.

5M from Tier 1 investors such as Gradient, Left Lane Capital, Intact, and XYZ Venture Capital. Interested in redefining the future of banking in Canada? Generate leads and new business opportunities through high-impact outbound outreach
Partner closely with Account Executives and the wider sales team to improve the outbound BDR strategy. You will have a direct impact on helping shape the broader sales motion
1+ years of experience in software sales

  • Strong record of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals
  • You’re just as comfortable on the phone as in writing, and you can translate business problems into a compelling value proposition
  • A customer-obsessed mindset, with real curiosity about the businesses you speak to and the challenges they’re trying to solve
  • You stay adaptable, resilient, and energized by building something new
