Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
Develop and expand new recruitment channels (job boards, agencies, community partnerships, social platforms, etc.)
Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and agencies, including performance tracking and cost control
Build andmaintaina qualified candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment strategies
Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and coordinate interview processes
Provide basic training and guidance tohiremanagers on recruitment processes, interview practices, and system usage
Assistin onboarding training for new employees related to HR processes and policies
Support the implementation of company-wide training programs for all staff levels.
Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to the HR Manager
Assistingin the planning and execution of office events and meetings
Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or related HR experience
Experience in sourcing candidates through multiple channelsis an asset
Experience working with recruitment agencies or vendors is an asset
Training experience is an asset.
Ability to provide training or guidance to internaldepartment headis an asset
Ability to work independently and proactively improve recruitment processes
