Recruitment Advisor - Human Resources (contract)

As a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for Candidates, Hiring Managers, and our own Talent Acquisition team members. Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports, and managing candidate correspondence.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
We are a large team of recruiters that work as a team to support specific business areas. Proven experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting, etc.)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
The salary range for this position is $25- $29 per hour depending on an individual's experience.
