Job Responsibility:
Vista 18, Restaurant + Lounge is looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about guest service to join our team.

This position would have four shifts a week (approximately 22 hours a week), We are looking for someone with weekday availability with some schedule flexibility to cover sick calls and vacation time.
Typical shift time is 4:30pm - 10:00pm.
Duties consist of (but not limited to):
Warmly welcoming and greeting all patrons to Vista 18.
Organization and smooth execution of assigning seating plans through the use of Open Table software with a focus on even distribution and superb guest experience.
Dealing with reservations through Open Table, telephone and email, including. Following up on emails and phone inquiries in an organized fashion with thorough communication.
Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
Assisting servers and food and beverage management when required.
Be an Ambassador for the Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites and Vista 18.
Following established procedures and policies when completing tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Serving It Right certification.
Must possess exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven communications skills and ability to work positively in a team environment and respond well to direction.
Ability to complete shifts that include constant standing, walking, bending and lifting.
Previous food and beverage experience in a similar capacity a valuable asset.
