Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sales Development Representative to join our marketing/sales team to support our Dining Business Unit , which includes both Restaurant and Convenience Store brands. Express your ideas and help shape the future of this exciting company

Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to generate demand via targeted communication (email, social networks, and phone)
Cultivate new relationships with leads with a goal to qualify them for the Business Development team
Nurture marketing-generated leads to convert to opportunities
Conduct research and analysis of companies and individuals that are targets or prospects for Bounteous x Accolite services, providing more leverage to our Business Development team
Utilize our CRM and sales automation platform to personalize at scale and track all pertinent information related to the prospective customer and to effectively manage leads
Collaborate regularly with Marketing, Technology, and Business Development teams
Experience/familiarity within the dining, QSR, restaurant, or convenience store space preferred
comfortable communicating with CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs via email and phone
A deep understanding of the "ins and outs" of digital-first agencies/consultancies as well as experience working with large brands preferred
Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances
Experience working with distributed teams in a remote environment a plus
proven success picking up new technologies/tools quickly and proficiently
Proficient with Office 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence, and other relevant tools
Experience with revenue technologies such as Outreach a plus
Knowledge of current and emerging restaurant and convenience store technology platforms, such as Olo, Punchh, Adobe, Radar, Yext, etc. Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of work experience and/or education
70,000 - $80,000 a year The above range is OTE (combination of base salary + Business Development Commission plan). Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs.
