Business Development Representative - Remote

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience preferred in a B2B digital marketing, IT, and/or SaaS environment, but we are open to exceptionally ambitious individuals looking to start a sales career.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles involving direct outreach to and interaction with U.2+ years of a proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach, pipeline, and sales targets.
• Experience in a cold calling and high-volume outbound outreach role, with the ability to spend 4+ hours per day on phone-based prospecting.
• Proficient in writing persuasive sales emails, follow-ups, and outbound messages.
• Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone manner.
• Numbers-driven, performance-focused, and motivated by activity, targets, and results.
• High-volume phone outreach and prospecting (100+ calls / 4+ hours per day).
