We are seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join out high-performing Service Department.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience while building lasting relationships and ensuring every vehicle receives high level of care.
Our Service Department is highly customer centric, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, transparency and outstanding service.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our guests and the Service Department. You will be responsible for understanding guest needs, recommending appropriate maintenance and repairs, communicating throughout the service process, and ensuring a seamless experience from appointment through vehicle delivery.
serve as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technician
advise customers on how to look after the vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance
contact customers with vehicle repair status updates/follow-ups
You understand that a great service advisor does more than write a repair orders they build relationships, create trust and become a valued automotive partner for the guests.
- 3+ years proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service Representative; automotive and/or dealership experience preferred
- proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- a proven commitment to quality of work
